Founded in 1982, McCormick Construction Is a family business that passed from father to son. Brett grew up around job sites, learning the trade firsthand and developing a respect for what means to take responsibility for work that endures.  That upbringing shaped a long term mindset: work should be done with care, clarity, and respect for how it will perform and age over time. His grandfather, a first generation developer and contractor started the McCormick Construction brand in San Francisco in the 1950's.  For almost 75 years, McCormick Construction has delivered high quality finished projects to homeowners, and property managers alike.
